You finally get around to watching the movie and immediately decide to make a journal. After seeing it precisely once. You eye a few memes on this bakerstreet place before deciding to Leap of Faith right in and make an entire..."post"...thing...in which to demonstrate how precisely unprepared you are to imitate me.

I'd ask if I even get a say in any of it, but I think I already know the answer.

This is just... Actually, it's not as bad as the last thing you brought me out for, but I suppose it's hard to top that.

...Do you think I could get my hands on the Time Stone and stop myself from creating Ultron? It might mean that the Vision wouldn't be created, but I'm sure I can think of a way to make that happen regardless.

I know that time fog is some crazy stuff, but how many versions of me do you have now? Nevermind, all the alternate universe stuff makes my head hurt. But didn't you try this once before with Natasha? oh, and Jan too? Why would I be any different? The academy's just not that popular.

Don't tell Fury I said that. He keeps giving me the evil eye. I don't think he likes that I made them accept animals before I'd join up.

...Mun, I know you brought me out here to talk about what's going on with Cap's team on another version of Earth, but I'm really not up for it. Odds are, I never will be. [Pages like this and this are definitely going to give him nightmares, and the entire idea of what's happening to him in that universe makes Hank feel sick.]

If we're going to talk about anything, what about the other Avengers teams over there? [Might as well stick with what he's familiar with.] Tony's team looks to be doing well; I'm not sure about the idea of having so many kids on the Avengers, but I suppose it's better than the alternative.

As for the Ultimates, where do I sign up? Or is there some sort of audition? [Solving large-scale problems using science, with non-violence being the priority, sounds perfect to Hank.] I'm sure they wouldn't mind if the idea was franchised out to other universes...

Excuse you 'this'?! I am more than just a 'this', missy, I am the best damn superhero out there right now, with the best movie EVER. Which we are not going to spoil because I want to beat the Avengers box office records. Then maybe FOX will do that deal with Marvel and I'll get to be in the MCU. If Spidey can be there, I can too! I'm ten times more awesome than that kid, anyway. Does he have badass guns? No.

... Though he's getting all rebooted again. If they reboot me and take away my baby mama, I will... write a strong letter about how unfortunate I find this matter, and that I would like them to change their minds.

Of course I'm not going to swear - there's all these little kid characters running around and I'm not being the one to blame for exposing their minds to warped delusions of the shit hole world we live in, okay? No. I'm not doing this. I don't want to get any more involved with superheroes than I am already. Stark is enough; handling tech support for him is enough. At least I can get through a conversation with him without having to explain my 'technobabble'. I appreciate that the idea of this musebox venture is to get me out of the house more, but I live in the Marvel universe - well, a Marvel universe. There's nothing out there for me, just murderers, gangsters, villains and monsters trying to take my tech or turn me into one of them.

I don't want to be a villain. I know I am in literally every other timeline. I know I've already come close.

There's a lot of projects I could be working on. Not just the one in the attic, I mean. Med tech is getting big; I want to work on that a bit, maybe get some more time in on my neuroscience studies, and then there's homework. I've got plenty of stuff to do. Safe things, in the lab. At home. People out there, they don't get me, and I don't get them. It's better this way, if I just do my own thing for a while, you know? It's easier.

...when this isn't worth it, I want you to remember this moment, at least.

This all seems so strange. You would think that Jan's involvement would be one of the first things that they would announce, not something briefly mentioned three weeks before the movie's release. And if that's the only role that she has... I don't know, maybe there's more to it that they aren't mentioning, but it just doesn't seem right.

I'm glad things are working out for Scott, though. It seems like he'll be better suited to that identity than I ever was. You also seem to be resisting the urge to throw me at every Ultron that you see, which is an improvement. Hopefully you can channel that into something positive once the new movie comes out; I wouldn't mind talking to Hope, Scott, or that universe's version of myself given the opportunity.
