On Fulton extracting EVERYTHING

Seriously?

....

Extracting vultures, mice and what? Voles? I'm trying to build an army, not a zoo. You're wasting the Boss's valuable time in Fultoning anything. Honestly, it costs GMP and our money every time you Fulton extract. [He sighed.]

No private zoo, ok? Ocelot is already silently laughing at all of this.

I will not try to change your mind, Commander. But... you know, I do know a bit about physical pain, too. And, if it is true that if your aiming f-for-- effectively striking back, you should be in the best shape you can. Just a thought.

[He was going to retort back and ask what Huey knew of real pain when he hadn't lost as much as Kaz had, but he decided against it. He just nodded quickly and bit back any retorts.]

I am aiming to cripple Cipher and cut off the head of the snake so to speak. I want them to beg for death. [Because he's seriously pissed, man.] Whether it be Zero or Skull Face, I want them both dead.

[That's the reason he specified physical pain, Kazuhira Miller. He's not going to touch what you must have felt at losing MSF, but please don't tell a man with a deformed spine that couldn't walk until very recently, "he doesn't know pain".]

... Ahem. N-not like I know much of revenge anyway. But he is here, isn't it?

[Yeah, he doesn't have any experience in that, since his injuries are fairly recent. Only in the last nine years has he suffered with them. War wounds. You've had yours since birth, right?]
